Working on Sleep, Coffee, and Water Habits: My Progress

So, just a quick update on my journey of experimenting with my schedule, sleeping patterns, coffee, and water consumption. I’m in the second stage now. The first stage had a strict routine where I’d go to bed at 10 PM and wake up at 6 AM. I completely cut out coffee and drank 2.7 liters of water daily. I managed to keep this up for a week before I had to give it up. I felt exhausted, like I was running in circles. I didn’t seem to have enough sleep, no time for myself, and no positive emotions. Coffee was something I really enjoyed, and missing it made life tougher.

In the second stage, I changed things up. I started going to bed later, around 11 PM to midnight, and waking up later when I didn’t have to go to the gym. I reintroduced coffee into my life, having 1-3 cups a day. My water intake dropped to about 1.4-1.8 liters a day. Initially, this gave my mood a boost, but soon enough, I felt exhausted all over again.

So now, I think I’ll focus on just two habits instead of three. I’m going to stick with going to bed at 10 PM and making sure I drink at least 2.5 liters of water daily. Let’s see how this adjusted plan will work out.
